An Eagle Scout and confirmed Lutheran, he believes in the power of hard work and a positive outlook. His main goal in life is to have a strong positive impact on the world through his personal and professional actions, and to have a family one day.
He is a strong believer in the positive power of the ripple effect (that our actions inspire those around us who in turn inspire those around them), and regularly employs it to help bring about a culture of innovation and kindness.
